Join us as we welcome Joel Haber, Jerusalem-based food culture journalist and tour guide, as he shares his passion for Jewish food history and culture. Joel will be joined by Yosi Awad, owner of Yosi Kosher Catering, to present a live cooking demonstration of some of their favorite Israeli recipes. Enjoy drinks, apps, and a tasting of Israeli dishes. The evening will begin with drinks & apps in Yosi's Kitchen Market, also known as "Little Israel" and will continue in Yosi's Kitchen for the cooking demonstration.
