On Monday evening, May 6th in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day, Beth Sholom B’nai Israel's Brotherhood will host Nina Jacobs, Holocaust survivor, as our speaker for Yom Hashoah. Jacobs is from Poland and currently resides in Hartford. Now in her 80’s, she experienced the holocaust as a child.
The event will take place from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Beth Sholom B’nai Israel, 400 Middle Turnpike East, Manchester, CT.
Her presentation will follow a brief evening service with refreshments served afterwards. This event is free and open to the public, all are encouraged to attend.
