Connecticut’s Jewish women have never been known to sit idle. From women’s rights activists to artists, journalists, and health and education reformers, pioneering Jewish women in our state have overcome obstacles of gender, social class and religious identity to make changes that still impact our lives today.
The luncheon is in conjunction with the traveling exhibit of the same name, which will be on display from Tuesday, September 3 through Wednesday, October 2. Docent-led tours of the exhibit will be available after the luncheon.
