CBI West Hartford Community Television Executive Director Jennifer Evans is a seven-time Emmy award-winning producer and winner of the National Association of Broadcasting Service to Children Award. She joins us to discuss how access television builds community in our town. Jennifer will be joined by longtime congregant Pat Kazakoff, who produces "Shalom Hartford," a show on WHCTV that highlights prominent Jewish members of our community.
