Learn to Facilitate Civil Discourse in Difficult Situations
In this two-part, highly interactive workshop, you will learn how to:
Create a communication agreement that develops a culture of respect
Frame dialogues and meetings with clear purpose, full participation and a structure for moving forward
Facilitate conversations in a way that promotes trust, connection, curiosity and coexistence
Provide support for difficult situations
Break destructive communication habits and promote deep listening
