About the Presenter
David Phillips is the Principal of Immersive1st Consulting, a firm that assists organizations with fundraising, planning and analysis, governance, and more. His prior positions include President & CEO of both Capital Camps & Retreat Center (CCRC) and the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, where he directed a team that exceeded all fundraising goals. David has helped raise more than $140 million over his career. As a consultant, his passion is to do important things with good people that make a difference. He is a strong advocate for kindness and positive communal culture.
