At the Howard J. Siegal Leadership Institute, participants learn the skills to engage donors in meaningful dialogue about philanthropic interests and community needs. These cutting edge workshops will focus on listening skills, creating living stories, the lay/staff partnership, and the dynamics of solicitation. All sessions will be interactive and motivational and will help enhance participants’ face-to-face solicitation skills, how to have the Jewish conversation, and how to present and close the “ask.”
Howard J. Siegal was a top Federation solicitor, storyteller, and mentor to the younger generation. This program that bears his name, is open to the entire community, and is designed for both new and veteran leadership.
