The Community Leadership Initiative (CLI) is a 10-month program designed for senior level lay leaders from Greater Hartford synagogues or Jewish nonprofits. The advanced curriculum provides an in-depth perspective on Jewish leadership values and actively engages participants in considering their own role and commitment as a leader.
