One constant in communal life (maybe in all aspects of life!) is change. Not only will your organization face problems for which solutions can be found, but more critically, there will be a whole host of issues not amenable to easy and readily available answers. These are called adaptive changes and require a very different approach. These two sessions will look at identifying the key adaptive challenge facing your organization and the best way to mobilize resources to meet these challenges.
