A key element for leadership is to have a perspective about yourself. In what kinds of situations are you most – and least - comfortable? Are you better able to connect with people who are more or less like you? Do you tend to see the trees or the forest? Is ambiguity a challenge or a problem?

CLI is an intensive, 12-month program for rising Jewish leaders. Participants are nominated by their synagogue or agency.
