On May 9 we will welcome Rabbi Dr. Kari Tuling to share insights from her book “Thinking about God: Jewish Views”. Rabbi Tuling will highlight various perspectives throughout Jewish thought on major questions our people have about God. In the following weeks we will continue to uncover our traditional understandings of the Divine while we simultaneously explore our own personal relationships with God. Do you have to believe in God to be Jewish? Does God have a gender? Does God control what happens in our world? Bring all of your big questions and we’ll explore them together! Please RSVP for our May 9 meeting to Rabbi Fliegel at afliegel@cbict.org by May 6.
First lunch is on us and then it’s BYO lunch!
