This special evening will honor the incredible Jewish women who lift up our community — and the world at large — through the principles of tzedakah and tikkun olam. Let’s celebrate together with a much-needed evening of personal mindfulness, relaxation and self-care.

Our 10th anniversary program will feature Cheryl Vidger Brause, a New York-based mindfulness expert from “Pause to Be Present,” a personal meditation practice she co-founded with Stephanie Falk. In this engaging program, Cheryl will help us navigate the challenges of our times with strategies to slow down, disconnect, and embrace a life of calm and joy.

Please come as you are and feel free to dress casually if you wish. We simply want everyone to feel welcome as we take a pause together and then connect as a community over healthy desserts and delicious drinks.
