Celebrate Shabbat Shira (the Shabbat of songs) at B'nai Tikvoh-Sholom, 180 Still Road, Bloomfield on Saturday, February 11th. Services at 9:30 will be followed at 11:30, with the fourth in a series of six Lunch 'n Learn sessions. The Lunch 'n Learn session, entitled Acapella with Max and Marisa, will feature Max Beede, formerly of Kaskeset, SUNY Binghampton's Jewish acapella group and Marisa Rader, formerly of S'madar , Columbia/Barnard's Jewish woman's acappella group. Max and Marisa will perform and teach about acapella music. This event is free and open to the public.
