Learn to Facilitate Civil Discourse in Difficult Situations
In this two-part, highly interactive workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Create a communication agreement that develops a culture of respect
  • Frame dialogues and meetings with clear purpose, full participation and a structure for moving forward
  • Facilitate conversations in a way that promotes trust, connection, curiosity and coexistence
  • Provide support for difficult situations
  • Break destructive communication habits and promote deep listening
