CLI is a ten-month program that helps current and emerging leaders grow in the knowledge, skills, and relationships needed to strengthen the organizations they serve. Through interactive sessions and meaningful conversations with experienced community leaders, participants deepen their understanding of governance, leadership, and Jewish communal life while gaining practical insights they can bring back to their home institutions.

This program is offered by the Jewish Leadership Academy, a program of the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford.
