Suzanne Feola, Director of Development at Habitat for Humanity in North-Central Connecticut, will provide an overview of Habitat’s programs to improve the quality of life for area families. These include the well-known building of homes through community volunteer efforts and advocacy for fair and just housing policies. This is a free, virtual program. All are welcome to join SAGE programs regardless of age. Seniors for Arts, Growth & Education (S.A.G.E.) provides social, educational, and spiritual enrichment activities. S.A.G.E. programs feature guest speakers from all walks of life. Past speakers include NBC political reporter Max Reiss, University of Hartford Professor Don Ellis, and groundbreaking TV producer Karen Glass. S.A.G.E also presents a variety of activities such as yoga, tai-chi, films, concerts, readings and discussions, and a monthly clergy forum.
