For almost 4 decades, Shlomo Kessel has worked in Emunah’s numerous youth villages and children’s home as a counselor, educational coordinator and director. Most recently Shlomo has served as director of World Emunah, the organization’s international arm and is currently the organization’s international director of philanthropy.
Born into a religious family with 9 siblings, Orel Nissan’s early childhood was both complex and dysfunctional. At 11 years old, Orel moved into the Emunah Children’s Home in Afula, where against all odds, and with the help of Emunah, Orel managed to matriculate from the best high school in Afula. She now serves as the head of the social media department, and on-air news-caster for N12, Israel’s largest national television and media channel in Israel.
