Education

The Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford’s commitment to our region’s Jewish future is second-to-none. A richly diverse Jewish population engaged in meaningful ways – at all life stages – is at the heart of that future. And that is why we support Jewish educational experiences of all kinds.

Whether that means seeing the sunrise from atop Masada, sharing a fireside havdalah service at our Jewish summer camp, Camp Shalom, learning as a day-school student in one of many intellectually stimulating Jewish environments such as Hebrew High School of New England or Yachad, participating in a community Torah study or receiving first-class Jewish leadership training through the Community Leadership Initiative, Federation makes it happen.

As a result, our community is strong enough to encompass all of Jewish life for ourselves, our children and our children’s children.
