The Jewish leaders of tomorrow will face great challenges. That’s why Federation is determined to engage the younger generations in programs that will touch their hearts, challenge their assumptions and give them the tools they need to succeed.

NextGen is a network for individuals and young families in their 20s, 30s and 40s provides opportunities for a young adult who wants to change the world, the mid-career professional who wants to get involved and the seasoned individual who wants to share a lifetime of wisdom.

Wherever you are in your Jewish journey, NextGen has a host of ways to help you get involved – come to an event, volunteer at a social action project, take on a leadership role allowing you to give back to the community, and you will ultimately be a mentor to the generation following in your footsteps.
